The quantum-primordial-clock signals in R2 inflation

Dr. Yi-Peng Wu

The quantum-primordial-clock signal is the simplest observable in the cosmological collider physics created by the non-local propagation of massive scalar perturbations. In the ideal cosmological collider with exact de Sitter isometries, such a signal is used as a standard clock to probe if inflation is the true scenario of the primordial Universe. In this talk, I introduce what the quantum primordial clock should look like in Starobinskys R2 inflation, which is currently the best-fit model for the power spectrum of the primordial density fluctuations as reported by the Planck satellite measurements.
